Job summary

ASIAN SKIN SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a performance-driven Lead Gen Specialist to own monthly qualified leads and optimize CPL across Meta, Google and digital channels.

You will run campaigns, test creatives, monitor ROAS, and report on leads, spend, and ROI; collaborate with sales to improve follow-up speed and conversion rates, while continually optimizing for cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads monthly.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC and ROI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: plan and run Facebook/Instagram lead campaigns and generate monthly enquiry volume.
• Cost Control: reduce CPL and optimise ad budgets daily for ROAS efficiency.
• Campaign Execution: launch campaigns, test audiences and creatives, optimize landing pages.
• Reporting: daily/weekly reports on leads, CPL, spend, conversion rate and ROI.
• Funnel Improvement: collaborate with sales to speed up lead follow-up and improve booking rate.

Own and deliver monthly qualified leads at target CPL through Meta, Google and digital channels. Responsible for both lead quantity and cost efficiency.

Scope of Work

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation
   • Plan and run Facebook / Instagram lead campaigns
   • Generate consistent monthly enquiry volume
   • Improve lead quality, not just quantity
2. Cost Control
   • Reduce CPL
   • Improve ROAS / CAC efficiency
   • Manage and optimise ad budgets daily
3. Campaign Execution
   • Launch new campaigns, creatives, offers, landing pages
   • A/B test audiences, hooks, creatives, copy
4. Reporting
   • Daily / weekly reporting:
   • Leads
   • CPL
   • Spend
   • Conversion rate
   • Show-up rate
   • Sales ROI
5. Funnel Improvement
   • Work with sales team to improve lead follow-up speed
   • Improve booking rate / trial attendance

Performance Model (Better)

Base salary $8,000 - $12,000 + bonus for:
