Job summary

OCBC Group’s Global Consumer Financial Services Marketing team invites you to join as a Customer Value Marketing Intern for Jan to Jun 2027. You will support campaign planning, customer segmentation, content development, and event coordination across retail banking.

You will work with stakeholders across product and marketing teams, gaining hands-on exposure to personalised marketing strategies and developing project coordination and business-writing skills in a hybrid Singapore environment.

Responsibilities

• Campaign planning and execution support for marketing campaigns targeting different customer segments.
• Assist in customer segment marketing to enhance engagement and loyalty.
• Support content development for advertising materials, digital assets, and website content.
• Assist event planning and coordination of customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, product, and marketing teams.
• Support marketing communications and campaign tracking with administrative tasks.
