Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution: support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at different customer segments.
• Customer Segment Marketing: assist in developing initiatives that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and value across banking segments.
• Content Development: support creation and coordination of advertising materials, digital assets, and website content.
• Event Planning & Coordination: assist in planning, organisation, and execution of customer engagement events and marketing activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, product, and marketing teams.
• Marketing Communications: support development of customer communications and campaign materials that drive awareness and engagement.
• Marketing Operations: assist with campaign tracking, coordination of deliverables, and administrative activities.
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other marketing, customer engagement, and business initiatives as assigned.
