Qualifications

• Pursuing a Marketing or related degree, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution: assist planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns for different customer segments.
• Customer Segment Marketing: help develop initiatives to boost engagement and loyalty.
• Content Development: support creation of advertising materials, digital assets, and website content.
• Event Planning & Coordination: assist in planning and executing customer engagement events and activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal teams to support rollout of strategic initiatives.
• Marketing Communications: contribute to customer communications and campaign materials.
• Marketing Operations: assist with tracking campaigns and coordinating deliverables.
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other marketing initiatives as assigned.
