Job summary

Timezone Singapore is seeking an organized Marketing Executive to provide temporary maternity cover for our Marketing team. The role focuses on evaluating and improving marketing processes while supporting campaign execution and reporting.

You will monitor campaigns, build partnerships with travel partners and landlords, manage social media, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. 3-4 days per week work is expected, with leaves in line with MOM regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Leaves entitlement according to MOM regulations (Annual leaves, sick leaves, hospitalization leaves)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report campaign statuses, provide post-campaign reports, and coordinate with agencies and clients.
• Identify and forge brand partnerships with travel partners and landlords.
• Conceptualize and execute tournaments, new games, and merchandise content.
• Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as needed.

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and dependable Marketing Executive to provide temporary maternity cover for our Marketing team. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. You are only required to work 3-4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on campaigns statuses, provide post-campaign reports, and facilitate regular meetings between agencies and clients.
• Identify and forge brand partnerships with Travel Partners and Landlords
• Conceptualize and execute tournaments New Games and Merchandise Content
• Social Media Management
• Must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
