Job summary

INNOVUEX PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Marketing Executive / Content Host to join our team in Singapore.

You will craft engaging social media content, support campaigns, appear on camera, and help strengthen our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), and Facebook. Ideal candidates have a marketing or media background, comfort on camera, and a proactive attitude. You will plan content, shoot and edit using CapCut, Canva, and Adobe, write captions, and collaborate on

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant content creation or social media experience are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media trends.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Basic photography, videography, and video-editing skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe applications, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Responsible, proactive, organised, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), and Facebook.
• Develop creative content ideas that increase brand awareness, engagement, and enquiries.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for short-form videos, promotional content, interviews, and social media campaigns.
• Act as a host/presenter for company videos, promotional shoots, events, and live-streaming sessions when required.
• Shoot and produce photos and short-form video content for social media.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or other video-editing software.
• Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and basic video scripts.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activities.
• Work closely with the team to develop creative concepts and turn them into effective marketing content.
• Monitor social media trends and identify suitable trending topics, formats, music, and content ideas.
• Track social media and campaign performance, including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Analyse content performance and recommend improvements to increase results.
• Maintain a consistent brand image, tone, and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Support other marketing and content-related duties when required.
