Qualifications

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook trends.
• Basic Canva knowledge; experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form videos for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook).
• Plan and produce engaging photo/video content.
• Plan and schedule social media posts and monitor engagement.
• Grow the company’s digital presence through campaigns and innovative content ideas.
• Create marketing posters and graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; support campaigns.

Role Purpose

We're looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Intern to join our team. If you enjoy filming videos, creating engaging social media content, designing eye-catching posters, and keeping up with the latest trends, we'd love to hear from you. This internship offers hands-on experience in bringing marketing ideas to life and building a brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

A. Content Creation

• Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other social media platforms.

• Assist in planning and producing engaging photo and video content.

• Stay updated with social media trends and propose creative content ideas.

B. Social Media Management

• Support the planning and scheduling of social media posts.

• Monitor engagement and interact with online audiences where required.

• Assist in growing the company's digital presence through innovative campaigns.

C. Design & Marketing

• Create marketing posters, promotional materials and simple graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Maintain consistency with the company's branding guidelines.

D. Innovation & Projects

• Brainstorm fresh marketing concepts and campaign ideas.

• Research market trends, competitors and emerging digital platforms.

• Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects, events and product launches.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, Design or a related field.

• Prior internship, freelance or personal content creation experience is an advantage.

• Comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera.

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and current social media trends.

• Basic knowledge of Canva; experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or CapCut.

• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas.

• Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team
