Lifesize Plans Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a creative Marketing (Creative) Assistant to craft engaging visual content, shoot and edit videos, and manage social media channels. You’ll work with the team to showcase projects, branding and company activities across digital platforms.

The role focuses on hands-on content production, social strategy, and copywriting for posts. You’ll gain portfolio-building experience while contributing to real campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, Design, or related field preferred.
• Experience in videography, video editing and social media management preferred.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and produce engaging social media content.

About the role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing (Creative) Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging visual content, producing and editing videos, and managing social media platforms. You will work closely with the team to develop creative content that showcases our projects, brand, services and company activities across our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and produce engaging social media content.
• Handle videography and video editing for marketing and social media purposes.
• Shoot videos and photos of projects, completed works, events and company activities.
• Edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media channels.
• Create Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and other digital content.
• Manage and schedule social media posts according to the content calendar.
• Monitor social media platforms and ensure content is posted consistently and on time.
• Assist in developing creative ideas, campaigns and content strategies.
• Write simple captions and marketing copy for social media posts.
• Monitor basic social media performance and engagement.

About you

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident only.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in videography, video editing and social media management is preferred.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
