Job summary

JR LIFE SCIENCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness and product sales in the health and wellness space. You will plan social media calendars, create collateral, and conduct market research to identify trends.

Collaborating with sales, product, and regulatory teams, you will support product launches, track ROI, and ensure all content meets industry guidelines. 5-day weeks, SGD salary 2.5k–3.5k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing, FMCG/health/wellness/supplement preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of health supplement regulations is a plus.
• Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product sales
2. Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
3. Assist in the development of marketing collateral (brochures, packaging inserts, website content, ads)
4. Conduct market research to identify trends in the health and wellness/supplement industry
5. Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation
6. Support product launches, including go-to-market strategy and promotional planning
7. Work with the sales team to develop trade marketing materials and in-store promotions
8. Track and report on campaign performance (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) using analytics tools
9. Ensure all marketing content complies with health/supplement industry advertising regulations and claims guidelines
10. Manage marketing budget allocation for assigned campaigns
11. Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2. A minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, health, wellness, or supplement industries
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Knowledge of health supplement industry regulations (e.g., claims substantiation, labeling requirements) is a plus
5. Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills
6. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and regulatory teams

Working Hours

5-day work week (8.30am to 6.00pm)

Salary Package

$2500 to$3500 depending on skills and working experiences
