Naspac Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Business Manager with planning and execution of campaigns and launches. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail and proactive progress updates to drive timely results.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or retail, and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. This position offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities to contribute across brands.
The Marketing Executive is expected to provide proactive and reliable support to the Business Manager, taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring timely execution with minimal follow-up. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and regular updates on progress, issues and key priorities.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and new product launches for assigned brands.
Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and ensure projects are executed on time and within approved budgets.
Execute and coordinate in-store activations, atrium events, roadshows, trade fairs, sampling activities and retail promotions.
Manage end-to-end trade execution and POSM activities, including planning, production, deployment and retailer coordination.
Work closely with suppliers, designers, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor and track A&P budgets, promotional spending and campaign performance.
Prepare brand performance reports, sales analysis, promotional reviews and market updates.
Monitor project timelines, identify execution gaps and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Support the Business Manager in tracking key business priorities, promotional activities and assigned brand activities.
Provide general marketing and operational support, including other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Business Manager.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
1–3 years of marketing or trade marketing experience preferred.
FMCG or retail experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
