Job summary

RECRUIT INC PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and implement social media campaigns across platforms, and to create engaging content (static & video) for the target audience to raise brand awareness.

You will review campaign data, generate insights to optimize performance, collaborate with the marketing team and external partners, manage Google reviews, and contribute to the creation of marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Diploma with minimum 2 years in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Job Description

• Develop, plan and implement the overall social media campaigns across various platforms
• Create and curate relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase brand awareness.
• Review and analysis of campaign data and generation of insights to provide recommendations that optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate through brainstorming activities, visual briefing and sharing with other team members of the marketing team
• Participate in the execution of other marketing activities
• Organising and managing Google reviews
• Work with external social media teams and liaise with external parties where necessary
• Develop marketing collaterals

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in a marketing related position. Experience in healthcare marketing would be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Creative, and capable of multi-tasking, prioritising and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Indesign).
• Strong team player, keen and adaptable learner, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
