Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials (EDM, flyers, leaflets) as needed.
• Assist with campaign approvals, quotations, invoices and reporting.

My client is an MNC within the Material Handling industry and have been building relationships and partnering with our customers, suppliers, dealers for more than 100 years.

• Strategize and execute creative marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Work with Sales Manager to develop, coordinate and manage marketing initiatives from concept to completion timely and effectively.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Eg. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc) through content engagement.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leads generation, SEO or website results to refine future marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone and messages across all marketing touchpoints.
• Work with inter-departments to understand the needs and ensuring marketing efforts support the business objectives.
• Identify new marketing trends and technologies that could be incorporated into the business.
• Design and prepare marketing materials such as EDM/flyers/leaflets as of when required.
• Assist with administrative coordination related to campaign approvals, quotations, invoices and post-campaign reporting.
• Ad-hoc tasks if required
