Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan and drive local marketing initiatives in Singapore. You will lead ATL/BTL campaigns, manage social media programs, and collaborate with agencies to develop branding assets for print, stores, and web.

You will work with regional teams on POSM and product assets for local execution. You will also support the Sales team with roadshows and in-store activities, manage budgets, monitor KPI/ROI, and ensure retail display excellence while

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business or Marketing.
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
• Detail oriented, organized, agile and problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive local marketing direction including ATL, BTL, media plan, social media and influencer marketing.

• Coordinate with regional team on POSM, video and product assets for local execution.
• Support Sales with local activities, roadshows and in-store events.

• Responsible for planning and driving direction, execution for the local marketing function including ATL advertising, BTL promotions, media plan, social media and influencer marketing.
• Work with external agency on the creation and development of various branding and promotional assets, from print to stores, to web.
• Work with regional team on POSM, video and products asset for local executional.
• Work closely with Sales team to support local activities, roadshow & in store activities.
• Manage budget and track KPI, ROI against marketing campaigns / spending.
• Ensure and track retail display excellence.
• Respond to customers queries and comments on social media, marketing email and any other channels.
• Support entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Conduct monthly market visits to monitor competitor activities, share best practices and recommend action plans to the team.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with specialization on Business or Marketing
• Min 3 years of experiences in a similar role
• Proficient in MS office, Meta & Google business management platforms and any other social media management platforms.
