Job summary

• Create and maintain marketing content and collaterals across brochures, social media and websites.
• Organise events and product launches, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, with campaign performance reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries, provide product and showroom support, build strong customer relationships, and work closely with the sales team to drive lead conversion and business growth.

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches while ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital and offline marketing channels.

• Create and maintain marketing content and collaterals, including brochures, catalogues, social media content, website updates and other promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.

• Organise events, customer engagement activities and product launches, coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, and monitor campaign performance through reporting and analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Marketing / Communications / Business or equivalent

• Min. 2 years of marketing experience in handling branding, communications or customers is required

• Prior experience in campaign execution, content creation and brand management is preferred

• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is advantageous
