The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ecommerce and digital marketing professional to manage daily operations of online shops such as Shopee, Lazada, RedMart and TikTok Shop.

You will ensure smooth order flow and a strong customer experience across platforms. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, live ecommerce, KOL paid ads and SEO, while creating compelling product content.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Communications
• Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing preferred
• Experience in Digital marketing & Content strategy required

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of online shops (Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu)
• Creating and managing content such as product info, photos, video and RTB
• Analyzing performance metrics, data and campaign ROI to identify trends and opportunities
• Co-ordinating promotions and new product launches with internal teams and external partners
• Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

Working Days: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Working Location: Woodlands Link [Nearest: Admiralty MRT]
Salary: $3200 – $4000

Responsibilities: E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of online shops (on platform- Shopee, Lazada / RedMart, TikTok shop & etc.)
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu), live-ecommerce, KOL paid ads and SEO
• Creating and managing content, such as product info, product photos, video and RTB
• Analyzing performance metrics, data and campaign ROI to identify trends and opportunities
• Co-ordinating promotions and new product launches with internal teams and external partners
• Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Marketing, or Business Communications
• At least 2 or 3 years working experiences in FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Digital marketing & Content strategy
