Job summary

Watsons Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing department in Advertising & Promotions, licensing, and brand marketing. You will assist in design proposals for licensed products, collaterals and POS materials, and help build brand awareness.

You will gain exposure to digital and social media, events, and partnerships, while working with internal and external teams to plan campaigns and activities. Strong English skills and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Experience in FMCG/health & beauty preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, independent, self-starter with strong multitasking.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing department in Advertising & Promotions, Licensing, and Brand Marketing.
• Assist in design proposals for licensed products and premiums.
• Prepare collaterals and in-store POS materials; build brand awareness.
• Engage with digital and social media including FB, IG, YouTube and TikTok.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams for marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Job description

As Marketing Executive, he/she will be responsible for providing support to the Marketing department in areas of Advertising & Promotions, Character Licensing, and Brand Marketing.

What Awaits You:

Assist in a diverse areas of O+O marketing communications efforts including:

• Advertising & Promotions
• Propose and work on designs for licensed products and premiums
• Collaterals/ In-store POS materials
• Brand Awareness
• Digital/ Social/ New media - Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), Instagram Stories (IGS), YouTube (YT), and TikTok.)
• Media Relations/ Publicity
• Event management and roadshows
• Community Engagement and Outreach
• Working with partners and sponsors

Collaborate with internal and external teams, and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities

Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Provide administrative support to the marketing team
