Job summary

CACAO SOCIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and drive customer growth in Singapore.

You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver compelling collateral and digital content while maintaining brand consistency across channels. The role requires 1–2 years in marketing, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead the creation of marketing collaterals, including campaign assets, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and propose strategic marketing actions.
• Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, including procuring marketing collaterals, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking performance.
• Oversee brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Evaluate campaign performance using data and analytics, and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Assist in planning and executing VM, partnerships and Public Relations.
• Work closely with cross functional departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing promotions.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Shopify is a plus
