Job summary

EC MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive marketing professional to develop and execute integrated campaigns across channels.

You will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while coordinating with internal teams to deliver impactful collateral and content. The role requires 1–2 years in marketing, strong communication and project management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, hospitality, or consumer brands.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead the creation of marketing collaterals, including campaign assets, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and propose strategic marketing actions.
• Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, including procuring marketing collaterals, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking performance.
• Oversee brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Evaluate campaign performance using data and analytics, and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Assist in planning and executing VM, partnerships and Public Relations.
• Work closely with cross functional departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing promotions.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
