Job summary

Empress Family Feast in Singapore is seeking a junior content creator to help scale our social media output across XHS, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will produce day-to-day content, shoot video on a phone, and follow our brand guidelines. Training on our AI-assisted workflows will be provided.

The role suits fresh grads or those with 0-2 years, with opportunities to learn photo/video editing (Canva) and collaborate with campaigns, while maintaining our content calendar and cadence.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in content creation or social media.
• Willingness to learn AI content generation workflows.
• Strong eye for brand consistency.
• Comfort with basic photo/video editing.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce day-to-day content for social media (XHS, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) - photos, short-form video, captions, and scheduling.
• Execute content within our established creative workflows and brand guidelines, working from direction and prompt systems we've already built.
• Assist with campaign content (seasonal promotions, product launches, referral program assets).
• Capture real, on-the-ground content - kitchen operations, food prep, customer moments - to complement our AI-generated visuals.
• Support basic photo/video editing and light graphic design (Canva).
• Help maintain our content calendar and posting cadence across platforms.
• Assist with ad creative variations for paid social campaigns.

About Us

Empress Family Feast is a premium tingkat dinner subscription service serving hundreds of families across Singapore, alongside our newer confinement meal line. We're a fast-moving F&B brand that leans heavily into modern marketing - from AI-assisted content production to campaign work across Meta, TikTok, and XHS. We're looking for someone to join us in-house and help scale content output across our brands.

What You'll Do

• Produce day-to-day content for social media (XHS, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) - photos, short-form video, captions, and scheduling

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field (fresh grads welcome)
• Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on a phone or basic camera
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
• Interest in or willingness to learn AI content generation tools (we'll train you on our specific workflows)
• Strong eye for visual quality and brand consistency
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently once trained
• Bonus: experience with F&B, lifestyle, or food content specifically
