Job summary

NEWSTART SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Design Support specialist to adapt and edit design materials, coordinate print production, and prepare files for print and digital use.

The role involves creating short videos for social media, using Canva for quick edits, and organizing marketing assets for easy access. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of graphic design or marketing support experience, strong attention to detail, and basic video editing skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing software (TikTok, Jianying, After Effects) with at least 1 year of experience in graphic design or marketing support.
• Strong attention to detail in preparing and adjusting design files for print and digital use.
• Ability to manage print production processes, including vendor liaison and ensuring timely delivery.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills to produce simple marketing content.
• Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience working with F&B marketing materials and print production will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and edit existing design materials, including menus and promotional items, to meet marketing needs.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of printed materials.
• Prepare and verify design files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Capture and edit short marketing videos using TikTok, Jianying, and After Effects for social media and promotions.
• Use Canva to create quick edits, template-based designs, and social media content.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, design templates, and production files for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Perform other marketing and design-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
