Job summary

Newstart Singapore is seeking a Marketing Design Support to adapt and edit materials, coordinate print production, prepare files, and create video content for social media. The role requires a year of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Based in Singapore with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in graphic design or marketing support.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficient with Canva.
• Basic video editing skills (TikTok, Jianying, After Effects).
• Strong attention to detail in preparing and adjusting design files for print and digital use.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and edit existing design materials, including menus and promotional items, to meet marketing needs.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of printed materials.
• Prepare and verify design files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Capture and edit short marketing videos using TikTok, Jianying, and After Effects for social media and promotions.
• Use Canva to create quick edits, template-based designs, and social media content.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, design templates, and production files for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Perform other marketing and design-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing software (TikTok, Jianying, After Effects) with at least 1 year of experience in graphic design or marketing support
• Strong attention to detail in preparing and adjusting design files for print and digital use
• Ability to manage print production processes, including vendor liaison and ensuring timely delivery
• Basic video shooting and editing skills to produce simple marketing content
• Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience working with F&B marketing materials and print production will be added advantage
