Job summary

NEWSTART SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Support / Graphic Design professional to adapt and edit materials, coordinate print production, and prepare digital assets. You will create video content for social media and maintain marketing assets, working closely with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong design skills in Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing tools. Experience in the F&B sector is a plus, with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing support or graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing software.
• Strong attention to detail in preparing and adjusting design files for print and digital use.
• Ability to manage print production processes, including vendor liaison and delivery coordination.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills to produce simple marketing content.
• Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and edit existing design materials, including menus and promotional content, to meet marketing needs.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of printed materials.
• Prepare and verify design files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Capture and edit short marketing videos using TikTok, Jianying, and After Effects for social media and promotions.
• Create quick edits and template-based designs using Canva for social media content.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, design templates, and production files for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Perform other marketing and design-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
