Job summary

Newstart Singapore is seeking a skilled Marketing Support / Graphic Designer to adapt and edit design materials, coordinate print production, and prepare assets for digital and print use. You will capture and edit short marketing videos for social media and manage marketing assets efficiently.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva, and basic video editing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing support or graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing software (TikTok, Jianying, After Effects).
• Strong attention to detail in preparing and adjusting design files for print and digital use.
• Ability to manage print production processes, including vendor liaison and delivery coordination.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills to produce simple marketing content.
• Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and edit existing design materials, including menus and promotional content, to meet marketing needs
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of printed materials
• Prepare and verify design files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Capture and edit short marketing videos using TikTok, Jianying, and After Effects for social media and promotions
• Create quick edits and template-based designs using Canva for social media content
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, design templates, and production files for easy retrieval and reuse
• Perform other marketing and design-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
