Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable marketing designer to conceptualize and execute campaigns across digital and print channels.

You will manage social media content, update websites, and produce campaign materials aligned with brand guidelines. Requirements include a Diploma in Graphic Design or related field and at least 1 year of marketing/design experience. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and CapCut is expected, with Wix experience and SEO/SEM

Qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or related design field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing/design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suites and Creative Apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and CapCut.
• Graphic design and video creation skills.
• Experience with Wix; Knowledge of SEO and SEM are an advantage.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms like LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising (LinkedIn ads), social media content, website content updates, email marketing and print materials, all aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage social media presence, create content calendar, schedule posts, engage with followers, monitor performance, track leads, and produce quarterly performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging marketing collateral; proficiency in graphic design and video creation is essential.
• Maintain and update website content, including media and data.
• Manage the product library efficiently.
• Provide quarterly reports on marketing activities, including social media metrics and lead tracking for sales and marketing teams.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
• Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the company.
