Job summary

ANTARES MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive/Coordinator to drive brand awareness and engagement for a themed exhibition through digital campaigns, social platforms, events, and partnerships.

The role supports the Marketing Manager, with responsibilities spanning planning, content creation, reporting, and collaboration with partners. On‑site work and weekend/evening coverage are possible to ensure event success.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing; exposure to events industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytics.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and content creation platforms.
• Able to work on‑site for event coverage, including weekends, public holidays and evenings when required.
