Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Manage project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed within required deadlines.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and campaign performance updates.
• Support email marketing activities including campaign setup, testing, scheduling, and monitoring.

Creative & Content Support

• Create and adapt marketing materials such as social media visuals, email banners, and presentation templates using existing brand guidelines.
• Assist with basic design updates including image resizing, layout adjustments, and content editing.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure creative assets support campaign objectives and brand consistency.

Administrative & Event Support

• Support procurement activities including quotation requests, purchase order processing, and invoice tracking.
• Provide coordination support for marketing events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Assist with event preparation, registration coordination, materials arrangement, and post-event follow-ups.
• Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as required.
