Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive in Singapore to lead integrated campaigns and strengthen the brand across digital and offline channels. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, delivering compelling content and engaging audiences.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in marketing or communications, 3+ years experience, and strong writing abilities. The position is a 4-month contract based in One North, with standard 8:30am–6pm hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing communications or content creation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create content for websites, social media, email marketing, and collateral.
• Manage social media platforms, including content planning and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for consistent messaging.
• Plan and support events, outreach initiatives, and campaigns to boost engagement.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement.
• Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and objectives.
