Job summary

BRITISH CLUB in Singapore seeks a marketing communications professional to oversee digital messaging for internal and external marketing, support website updates, digital platforms and email tools, and drive an active marketing plan that aligns with the Club’s objectives.

Key duties include updating the website with the latest news and events, producing content for the monthly magazine and weekly newsletter, coordinating with the Graphics team on layouts, and managing the Club’s photo library

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing Communications / Digital Marketing
• 2 years' experience in marketing/creative roles
• Excellent command of English, proofreading and editing skills
• Competent in website design and maintenance
• Knowledge of media production and dissemination techniques

Responsibilities

• Update the website with latest news and events in the Club
• Develop creative ideas for social media and produce photo/video content
• Write, edit and proofread Club articles for magazine and newsletter
• Cover major events for the magazine and online channels
• Collaborate with Graphics on layouts, colours, and production of materials
• Collate copy and photos from contributors for each issue
• Assist in the production of the Annual Report
• Ensure consistency in design and branding across materials
• Maintain the Club’s photo library and organize promotional materials
• Organize promotional materials such as banners and notices
