Responsibilities

• Support an internal engagement campaign to promote MSF's service philosophy among staff, including content creation and impact measurement.
• Assist external campaigns to promote MSF's service philosophy to the public and partners.
• Help manage MSF's intranet platform and website with staff feedback and analytics.
• Support the Service Recognition framework, including template materials.
• Analyze current internal communications effectiveness and present improvement recommendations.
