Job summary

Ministry Of Social And Family Development (MSF) is offering an internship in Communications & Engagement. The role focuses on supporting the Marketing Communications team to craft campaigns that raise awareness and mobilise community support for MSF’s initiatives in Singapore.

You will gain hands-on experience developing campaigns, liaising with stakeholders, and monitoring outcomes while handling administrative duties as needed.

The intern will be assisting the Communications & Engagement Division, supporting the Marketing Communications team. The candidate will assist in:

• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns (e.g., Better Starts with campaigns) to shape public perception, increase mindshare and galvanise community action to support MSF's issues
• Liaising with stakeholders (both internal and external, i.e., vendors) to develop marketing initiatives that advance MSF's policies and programmes
• Tracking and monitoring campaign outcomes and undertaking administrative tasks as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to contribute to creative ideas for marketing campaigns
• Social Media proficiency and familiar with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc
• Passionate about topics relevant to MSF
• Basic design knowledge with tools like PowerPoint or Canva is a plus
