Job summary

Mama Shelter Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue through hands-on social media, content creation, photography and events. You will manage campaigns across Rooms, F&B, rooftop experiences and partnerships, while coordinating with operations to bring the Mama Shelter brand to life.

The role covers social media planning, content calendars, EDMs, events, influencer collaborations and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, nightlife, entertainment or lifestyle.
• Hands-on experience in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Good photography and videography skills, with an eye for food, lifestyle and event content.
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut or similar photo and video editing tools.
• Good creative, copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with EDMs, events, influencers, partnerships or PR is an advantage.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable supporting events outside normal office hours when required.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The Marketing Executive supports marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, footfall, bookings and revenue across Mama Shelter Singapore.

This is a hands-on, creative role covering social media, content creation, photography, EDMs, events, partnerships and brand activations, working closely with operational teams to bring the Mama Shelter brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Brand Activation

• Support marketing campaigns across Rooms, F&B, Rooftop Bar, Events, and Lifestyle Experiences.
• Develop and maintain the hotel marketing calendar, covering promotions, F&B offers, events, festive campaigns and hotel programming.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, launches and brand activations from planning through execution.
• Support Accor Plus campaigns and activations, ensuring offers are effectively promoted across relevant channels.
• Develop creative ideas that drive awareness, footfall, bookings and revenue.
• Ensure all marketing activities reflect Mama Shelter's brand identity and personality.

Social Media, Content & EDM

• Manage Mama Shelter Singapore's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Plan content calendars and manage day-to-day social media activity and engagement.
• Photograph and film food, drinks, rooms, events, people and lifestyle moments for marketing and social media.
• Create and edit Reels, Stories, TikToks and social graphics using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Create, schedule and send EDMs and newsletters for F&B offers, events, packages and campaigns.
• Create engaging copy for social media, EDMs, promotions and events.
• Track social media and EDM performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with social and digital trends to keep Mama fresh and relevant.

Events, Partnerships & PR

• Support parties, DJ nights, F&B activations, launches and special events.
• Coordinate collaborations with influencers, creators, DJs, media and lifestyle brands.
• Support influencer visits, media hosting, PR and partnership activities.
• Capture photo and video content during events and activations when required.

Performance & Marketing Operations

• Track key KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, bookings and campaign performance.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with F&B, Rooms, Events, Sales and Operations on marketing activities.
• Manage marketing materials, suppliers, creative assets, timelines and budget tracking.
• Coordinate professional photoshoots, video production and other marketing requirements.

What We're Looking For
