Job summary

Invade Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive campaigns across events, brands and partnerships in Singapore's vibrant lifestyle scene.

You will develop marketing strategies, manage campaigns across channels, coordinate sponsorships, build media relations, and support offline event programming, with a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in events, lifestyle, or creative industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort liaising with clients, media, sponsors and partners.
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and analyze performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing objectives and campaign strategies for each event or project.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets and performance tracking.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with venue partners, landlords, brands and strategic collaborators.
• Explore co-marketing opportunities that expand campaign reach.
• Coordinate and execute sponsorship marketing entitlements and reports.
• Manage relationships with media partners, publications and content creators.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise marketing spend; analyse effectiveness and prepare monthly reports.
• Support events in developing and executing offline programming; coordinate stage content and live performances.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Marketing Strategy

• Develop marketing objectives and campaign strategies for each event or project
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels

Partnerships & Business Development

• Build and maintain relationships with venue partners, landlords, brands and strategic collaborators
• Explore co-marketing opportunities that expand campaign reach

Sponsorship Marketing

• Coordinate and execute sponsorship marketing entitlements
• Liaise with sponsors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
• Prepare sponsorship reports and marketing recaps

Media & Influencer Relations

• Manage relationships with media partners, publications and content creators
• Coordinate media invitations, interviews and event coverage
• Source, engage and manage KOL and influencer collaborations
• Track campaign performance and media value

Paid Marketing & Analytics

• Support Meta and Google advertising campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise marketing spend
• Analyse campaign effectiveness and prepare monthly reports

Offline Programming

• Support events in developing and executing offline event programming
• Coordinate and manage stage content, performances, and live programming
• Liaise with artists, vendors, and talents to ensure smooth show flow and program delivery

We’re looking for someone who:

– Has 2 years of relevant experience in marketing (preferably in the events, lifestyle, or creative industry)

– Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

– Is confident liaising with clients, media, sponsors and partners

– Has experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

– Is organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

– Understands campaign reporting and marketing analytics

– Enjoys building relationships and creating win-win collaborations

– Is comfortable supporting onsite event operations when required

– Is a team player with a great attitude, takes initiative, and pays attention to detail

– Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
