Job summary

idsMED is seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to support content creation, digital channel management and brand communications across all corporate touchpoints. You will assist in publishing content for the corporate website and social media, maintain digital platforms, and support development of articles, marketing collateral and internal communications.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field and 1–2 years in Communications or PR, with Canva/Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations and Social Media Agencies, healthcare/B2B preferred.
• Willingness to travel to site occasionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva/Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and website CMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials align with idsMED brand guidelines.
• Create, edit and publish content for corporate site and social platforms.
• Maintain digital platforms for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support development of articles, marketing collateral and internal communications.
• Coordinate exhibitions, conferences and events; assist on-site.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to run communications initiatives.
• Monitor content schedules and assist with basic reports.
• Capture photos/videos at events; support post-event content.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
