We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Communications Associate/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of multimedia production, event coordination and project management skills, with the confidence to take initiative and solve problems creatively.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Multimedia Production

• Plan, conceptualize and produce engaging multimedia content, including storyboarding, shot planning, videography, photography and motion graphics, to support marketing and communications initiatives.
• Capture high-quality videography and photography for corporate events, marketing campaigns and business activities
• Create supporting visual assets and simple graphic designs for multimedia, digital and event-related communications
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage production requirements, project timelines and deliverables
• Ensure all multimedia deliverables are consistent with the organization's brand guidelines and communication standards
• Maintain and manage multimedia equipment and production inventory, including storage, maintenance and upkeep
• Explore emerging content formats, creative techniques and AI-powered tools to continuously improve content creation and production workflows

MarCom Support

• Create and distribute monthly newsletters, webinar invitations and EDMs using Zoho Marketing Automation
• Coordinate monthly webinar production with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
• Assist with event logistics, including registration materials, forms, event collateral, awards, giveaways and booth setup
• Support the organization, preparation and distribution of promotional giveaways for corporate events and marketing activities.
• Undertake other marketing and communications duties as assigned

Event Production

• Support the planning, on-site production and delivery of corporate events, including meetings, summits and other business engagements
• Develop show flows and run sheets for major corporate events
• Coordinate rehearsals, audiovisual (AV) requirements and production logistics to ensure seamless event execution
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies and production vendors throughout event planning and delivery
• Produce post-event highlight videos and recap content

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience in videography, photography and end-to-end multimedia production
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation and video post-production techniquesExperience coordinating corporate events and managing external vendors is an advantage
• Strong organizational, project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for visual storytelling
• Basic understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain visual consistency across multimedia assets
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, creative techniques and AI-powered tools
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms is an advantage
