Job summary

TSTAR Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Executive for Horizon Sales in Singapore. You will plan and drive marketing across digital, offline, and social channels to raise brand awareness and generate leads, while managing campaigns end-to-end.

You will create engaging social content, coordinate with Sales and Group Marketing, and support event planning from proposals to execution. Requires 2–3 years in marketing or events and a degree/diploma in marketing.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and artwork creation software (Canva, DaVinci).
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing communications or event management.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement marketing plans across digital, offline, and social platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage assigned marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, tracking, and ROI reporting.
• Strategize and create engaging content for social media channels (copy, photography, gifs, short videos, stickers, live stories).
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts, engage with consumers, respond to inquiries or complaints, promote initiatives.
• Research market trends, opportunities, competitors, and target customers to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Group Marketing to conceptualize and manage events.
• Prepare detailed event proposals covering objectives, timelines, locations, stakeholders, budgets; manage execution.
• Evaluate success of marketing activities and provide insights for improvement.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement marketing plans across digital, offline, and social platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage assigned marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, tracking, and reporting ROI.
• Strategize and create engaging content for social media channels, including creative copy, photography, gifs, short videos, stickers, and live stories.
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts, engaging consumers, responding to inquiries or complaints, and promoting company initiatives.
• Research market trends, opportunities, competitors, and target customers to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Group Marketing teams to conceptualize and manage events.
• Prepare detailed event proposals covering objectives, timelines, locations, stakeholders, and budgets; manage execution including registration, coordination, and operations.
• Evaluate the success of executed marketing activities and provide insights for future improvements.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and proficiency in artwork creation software (e.g., Canva, DaVinci).

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,800 +AWS+VB (1 Month)
• Working Hours:5 Days Work, 8:30am - 5:30pm
