About the role
This role supports the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that support business objectives, brand priorities and revenue targets across attractions and F&B outlets. You will lead end-to-end planning and execution of assigned marketing campaigns, from concept development through launch, activation and post-campaign evaluation, while managing marketing partnerships and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing integrated marketing plans that support business objectives, brand priorities and revenue targets
- Manage the annual marketing calendar across attractions and F&B outlets, ensuring timely execution of thematic, tactical and seasonal campaigns
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of assigned marketing campaigns, from concept development and briefing through launch, activation and post-campaign evaluation
- Develop campaign strategies, customer propositions, channel plans, budgets, timelines and KPIs aligned with commercial goals
- Plan and optimise marketing activity across digital and traditional channels, including web, social media, search, email marketing and paid media
- Work with internal teams and agency partners to develop engaging content and creative assets that are aligned with brand guidelines and target audience needs
- Lead the development of visitor-facing marketing initiatives such as themed installations, branded spaces, experiential activations, promotional campaigns and photo opportunities that enhance the guest experience
- Manage marketing partnerships, co-funded campaigns and collaborative promotions with tourism, payment, travel, lifestyle and commercial partners
- Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs and business objectives using relevant marketing and commercial data
- Guide and supervise the graphic design team in the delivery of high-quality creative assets and marketing collateral
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, communications or related fields
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Proven experience in campaign planning, stakeholder management and project delivery
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and performance marketing principles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing and commercial performance data
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational, project management and multitasking abilities
- Creative, commercially minded and results-oriented approach to marketing
- Experience in the tourism, hospitality, attractions, leisure or lifestyle sectors is preferred
