Job summary

Shinryo Corporation is seeking a Marketing Manager to craft and execute marketing and business development strategies for the M&E construction sector in Singapore. You will manage client and stakeholder relationships and lead marketing communications to boost the company’s market presence.

The role requires strong communication, market analysis, and BD experience within the construction/M&E industry, with collaboration across internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and branding materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in the construction M&E industry is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing/business development experience in construction, M&E, engineering or built environment.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore construction and M&E industry and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in client and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to translate technical information into clear marketing materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients, consultants, contractors and senior management.
• Good organisational and project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote M&E construction capabilities.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments within construction.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Support BD activities with proposals, profiles and marketing materials.
• Maintain corporate branding and external communications.
• Coordinate campaigns, events and client engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to strengthen market positioning.
