Job summary

BeeX, a fast-growing robotics startup in Singapore, seeks a Marketing Associate to work with Business and Engineering leads and report to the Brand and Marketing Manager. You will help execute campaigns and develop customer-focused content that aligns with BeeX branding.

You will also conduct market research, coordinate events and content production, and monitor performance metrics across channels to identify opportunities for growth and lead generation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience in tech or industrial sectors.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to create customer-facing content like case studies and blogs.
• Strong market research and data-driven decision skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical audiences.
• Singapore-based and able to work full-time.

Your Role

Your role is Marketing Associate. Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with Business and Engineering leads and directly reporting to Brand and Marketing Manager.

Your Job Scope

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns based on established commercial and brand priorities, coordinating timelines, deliverables, channels, and stakeholders to bring campaigns from brief to completion.
• Develop customer-focused marketing content including case studies, blogs, email campaigns, social media content, presentations, and other marketing collateral, working within BeeX's established messaging and brand guidelines.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and relevant market opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights for the marketing team.
• Coordinate marketing activities and production including onsite events, expos, customer engagements, campaign shoots, and content production, working with internal teams and external vendors where required.
• Manage marketing performance and reporting, tracking campaigns, websites, social media, email, and lead-generation metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support commercial marketing initiatives by working with Sales and Product teams to gather customer and market feedback, maintain relevant marketing materials, and ensure campaigns are aligned with current commercial priorities.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, engineering, industrial, robotics, software, maritime, energy, or other technical industries
• Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Experience creating customer-facing marketing content, such as case studies, blogs, email campaigns, presentations, and social media content
• Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn research and performance data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for technical and B2B audiences
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, or other commercial teams
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Singapore-based and able to work full-time

Desired Qualities

• Experience with lead-generation or demand-generation marketing
• Experience marketing to enterprise or government audiences
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
• Experience with marketing automation and email marketing
• Experience coordinating design, photography, or video production
• Knowledge of SEO, website management, and digital analytics
• Experience producing technical or industry-focused content
• Familiarity with maritime, offshore energy, robotics, defence, or industrial technology
• Based in Singapore or willing to work from Singapore HQ
