BeeX is seeking an Admin Executive / Executive Assistant to support the CEO with confidential administrative matters and executive coordination in Singapore.

As the Admin Executive / Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO to support daily business operations, confidential administrative matters, and executive coordination. This role requires a highly organised and trustworthy individual who is comfortable handling sensitive information involving board meetings, investors, corporate documentation, and internal operations.
You will play an important role in ensuring smooth coordination across the company while providing dependable administrative and executive support. The role is suitable for someone who is meticulous, proactive, and experienced in managing professional documentation and schedules.
Flexible work arrangements are available, including part-time arrangements (e.g. 3–4 working days per week) depending on suitability and experience.
