Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is hiring for a 10-month contract role based in Singapore, supporting the Private Bank Digital Engagement and Analytics team. You will help prepare, review, distribute and track personalised client engagement content, including pitchbooks and GenAI-generated campaign materials.

You will review GenAI content for accuracy and tone, design automation for content distribution, and manage end-to-end campaign deployment while monitoring performance and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Excel macros, VBA, scripting or low-code automation preferred.
• Exposure to campaign deployment, content distribution, mailbox management or shared-folder processes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and BI/data viz tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, review, distribution and tracking of personalised client engagement content.
• Review GenAI-generated wealth advisory and marketing content for relevance and tone.
• Document review outcomes and elevate issues promptly.
• Design macros and automation for personalised content distribution via central mailbox.
• Manage end-to-end campaign distribution and deployment to intended audience.
• Track content distribution and update Relationship Managers on distributed content.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
