Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage schedules, appointments, and documents to maintain organized office workflows
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and simple social media content to support marketing efforts
• Liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members to facilitate communication and collaboration
• Maintain accurate records and track task completion to meet deadlines consistently
• Support other ad-hoc administrative and marketing duties as required to meet team needs
