Job summary

SUCCESS PORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Administration Coordinator to support digital marketing initiatives, content management, and website updates in Singapore.

You'll coordinate feedback, review materials for accuracy, perform CMS updates, and assist with SEO, content audits, and reporting. This role requires strong English communication, organizational skills, and comfort with new marketing systems and AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GCE A-Level in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing/digital marketing or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office; Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator/CapCut beneficial.
• Experience with CMS like Sitecore and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordination and collation of comments on marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to consolidate feedback and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy and grammar.
• Execute website updates using CMS (text changes and document uploads).
• Support digital content initiatives, including SEO, content audits, and reporting.
• Assist with annual YouTube content audits, inventory, and reporting.
• Perform UAT and track/report marketing system activities.
• Provide admin support: meeting scheduling, minutes, reports, filing, purchase orders.
