Job summary

Phillip Nova Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive, Application Support to safeguard market data governance and enable automation across electronic trading platforms. You will manage data lifecycles, licensing, entitlements, and support onboarding and incident handling.

The role emphasizes identifying RPA/AI automation opportunities, coordinating with Compliance, Finance and business teams, and delivering efficient platform operations with strong communication and independent work style.

Qualifications

Manage the end-to-end market data lifecycle, including licensing and usage reporting.
Experience with RPA/AI automation is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and data handling.
Analytical with attention to detail and time management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently and prioritize under time-critical conditions.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end market data lifecycle management with licensing, entitlements, billing support and audits.
Monitor exchange policies and regulatory impacts.
Set up and maintain market data subscriptions and reporting processes.
Identify and drive RPA/AI automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
Design, test, and monitor automated workflows for reporting and onboarding.
Provide application support for trading platforms including incident/change management.
Manage client onboarding, user access, entitlements, and order routing setups.
Coordinate with vendors, development teams, Compliance, Finance, and business teams on market data matters.
