TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore with marine industry experience to manage tender activities and cost estimates.

You will liaise with clients, brokers, and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant tender submissions. Responsibilities include preparing RFPs/RFQs, evaluating bids, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate pricing and robust tender documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marine industry experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and suppliers.
• Review enquiries and tender documents to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare and issue RFPs and RFQs to suppliers and coordinate clarifications.
• Assess quotations to ensure tender compliance and competitive pricing.
• Compile cost inputs to prepare detailed costing and pricing proposals.
• Coordinate tender documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
