Job summary

You will drive the P&L, coordinate with stakeholders around the world, and oversee the efficient management of vessels, including crewing, purchasing and finance—forming the backbone of technical management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years shore-based experience in running shipping companies with prior experience managing a shared services set up in ship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shared services setup for a shipping company, spanning procurement, crewing and other support functions.
• Drive the P&L and coordinate with stakeholders worldwide to ensure efficient vessel management.
• Oversee the backbone of technical management including crewing, purchasing and finance.
