Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree with 10-15+ years experience, incl. 5+ years in commercial leadership.
• Bachelor’s, MBA or Master’s in related business field preferred.
• Deep understanding of procurement, buying and SIOP with proven vendor negotiation.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, curiosity, business acumen, and structured problem-solving.
• Experience leading in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize stocking strategy to maximize warehouse utilization.
• Drive growth in total profit on stock items using data-driven pricing.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure best prices and rebates via vendor consolidation.
• Share best practices across region and globally.
• Own end-to-end inventory replenishment with on-time delivery and minimal aging stock.
• Mentor and develop local category and inventory managers.
• Take ownership of key product categories.
