Job summary

caliber8 is recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead the Vessel Finance team in Singapore, directing management reporting, budgeting and FP&A in a maritime business environment. You will partner with senior stakeholders and drive finance-transformation initiatives.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) and at least 10 years of finance leadership experience, including multi-functional teams and maritime sector exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years of finance experience, including leadership of sizeable or multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-functional finance team with accountability and high performance.
• Oversee timely management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Review expenditure, funding requirements and significant financial transactions.
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance and reporting processes.
