Job summary

PAC DISTRICENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced technology leader to identify and develop emerging maritime technologies and AI-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency and new business opportunities.

You will translate client requirements into technical solutions, lead cross-functional projects, and manage end-to-end delivery from feasibility to commercial deployment. Strong background in maritime engineering, AI, data analytics and ROI-focused decision making is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering or related discipline.
12+ years of technical/engineering experience in marine/offshore sectors.
Experience with maritime technology, innovation, and project delivery.
Practical AI, data analytics, automation, IoT, digital platforms experience.
Professional certifications in AI, PM, or maritime tech are preferred.
Sailing experience on LNG/Tanker vessels is a plus.
Experience collaborating with vendors, partners, clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop emerging maritime technologies and digital solutions to improve operations.
Translate client requirements into technical solutions, specifications and plans.
Lead technology projects from concept to deployment and commercialisation.
Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets and risks.
Conduct feasibility, ROI and business-case evaluations.
Engage with clients, shipowners and partners to support proposals and tenders.
Lead trials, pilots, testing and integration prior to deployment.
Support sales with technical consultations and presentations.
Develop technical presentations, feasibility studies and business cases.
