Job summary

Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF) invites applications for a Stakeholder Engagement Executive to join the Joint Office for Talent and Skills with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). You will engage with maritime companies, education providers, and government agencies to identify workforce challenges and drive industry-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate consultations and build strong partnerships with maritime companies, institutes of higher learning, training providers, and government agencies
• Coordinate working groups, industry consultations, and stakeholder engagements to drive consensus and action
• Coordinate and drive alignment on key programs
• Drive the development of continuing education and training courses for the maritime sector in areas like data analytics, AI, and sustainability
• Manage initiatives to ensure timely implementation
• Measure results and impact
• Support SMF’s outreach platforms to strengthen networks with the maritime industry and HR leaders
• Develop a sound understanding of the maritime industry, trends, and developments
• Analyze and identify industry talent and skills gaps from diverse sources and propose strategies
• Provide written or verbal presentations to articulate strategies and proposals
• Other responsibilities as assigned
