Job summary

MPA Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, within the MPA Academy, invites applications for a Training Programme role to develop workplans and drive the implementation of programmes that empower learning among MPA staff, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.

The role involves conducting skills gaps analyses, curriculum development, stakeholder engagement with divisions and external providers, advancing e‑learning and LMS, and promoting knowledge

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification with minimum 5–6 years in administering/coordinating training programmes.
• Experience organizing talks/seminars; curriculum development is an advantage.
• Strong ability to work in teams and liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop training workplans and drive programme implementation for MPA staff.
• Conduct skills gaps analysis and craft training roadmaps and curricula.
• Engage with divisions and external providers to curate and review courses.
• Promote learning through e-learning, LMS, and knowledge-sharing formats.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
